Effects of biopsy methods in aneuploidy results. PGS was performed in a randomly selected subset of embryos: conventional method (n = 130) and S-biopsy method (n = 135). The amount of abnormal embryos was 82 for the conventional method and 88 for S-biopsy. Four biopsies did not produce any DNA amplification (two in each method). Comparison between the two methods yielded no statistical differences
